The Home Office is launching a Return to Work programme in HR to provide a bridge back to work for experienced professionals who are looking to restart their careers after at least two years out of the workforce.
The Talent Bridges programme offers paid six-month placements for three days a week in a variety of HR roles and provides training and coaching support. The programme starts in April and roles will be based in London and Croydon. Flexible working is available.
The Home Office is looking for HR professionals, ideally Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development-qualified or with significant HR experience in high profile roles. It is also seeking those who have and can demonstrate effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills and have experience of project planning and delivery.
The closing date for applications is 17 March 2017.
