We offer a wide range of learning, development and training on diversity issues, and we actively support under-represented groups. What’s more, we partner with Women in Rail and participate in their mentorship programme, and we even offer apprenticeships that can make career changes a reality.

We run a range of Employee Inclusion Groups, boast a 250 strong Employee Engagement Group, and our equality, diversity and inclusion events calendar has never been busier.
