Are you looking to return to a job in the financial services sector after a career break?
Morgan Stanley are running thier Return to Work Programme in September and are looking for recruits. The Return To Work Programme London is a paid 12-week internship for professionals who have taken a career break and are looking to re-enter the workforce on a permanent basis.
It is based principally at the Firm’s London offices and will begin on 23rd September. Participants will be placed based on their skills and interests. A limited number of opportunities exist across the Firm in Bank Resource Management, Commodities, Finance, Fixed Income, Global Capital Markets, Human Resources, Institutional Equities, Internal Audit, Investment Banking, Investment Management, Legal and Compliance, Operations, Research, Risk Management and Technology.
Participants may receive an offer of permanent employment at the end of the programme, but this is not guaranteed, says Morgan Stanley. They say successful candidates are likely to have around five years or more experience in the financial services industry, or another relevant area and to have been on a career break for two or more years, excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, problem solving and strong analytical skills and be interested in returning to the workforce on a permanent basis.
