Leading City firm J.P. Morgan has launched a second re-entry programme for those returning from a career break from senior roles.
The 18-week, paid, non-rotational programme for candidates in Europe, the Middle East and Africa runs from October 2016 to February 2017 and consists of networking, skills sessions, learning and development opportunities, on-the-job training, coaching and developmental experiences.
All the opportunities are based in London and cover a variety of business areas, including Corporate and Investment Bank Front Office Groups, Corporate and Investment Bank Operations, Asset Management, Finance and Compliance and Risk.
The Programme is aimed at people who have been on a voluntary career break for two or more years and who have a desire to return to full-time employment.
J.P. Morgan says prior experience in financial services is preferred, but not required. It is looking for those who have experience at Vice President + level (or equivalent) before their career break and are an experienced team player with analytical, technical, problem-solving, planning and organisational skills.
They will also need to have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively and to establish strong working relationships.
For more information on the programme and the specific opportunities available, and to apply, see http://wrpn.womenreturners.com/j-p-morgan-reentry-program/. The deadline for applications is 16 June 2016.
