The Jacobs Returnship Program

Our business is growing and we’re offering 12-week paid ‘Returnships’ across the U.K. with full-time, part-time and flexible working patterns available.

This program is designed for talented professionals looking to refresh skills, rebuild confidence and reignite careers after an extended career break or absence from the workforce. Better still, our placements are run with the intention of transitioning returners to become permanent members of staff.

As well as benefiting from 12 weeks of on-the-job learning with a diverse community of professionals, you will have access to a vast network of resources, regular focus group feedback sessions, and support and mentorship to facilitate a seamless transition as you return to work.

Depending on the nature of the placement, your day-to-day work could include helping to understand our clients’ challenges and proposing solutions; working within multi-disciplinary teams to support the delivery of one or more projects; or delivering technical work in line with your area of expertise.
