We're on the hunt for an incredible Business Analyst (or two) for our digital banking start up (with a difference) in central London. Of course, you'll need to be a super star in terms of core the Business Analyst skillset, but what really matters is the ability to operate comfortably in a fast paced, collaborative environment where you'll need to think for yourself and sometimes deal with moving goal posts and ambiguity.

We need people who get a buzz from the opportunity to build from scratch and do new things in new ways. In return, we offer a non-hierarchical, friendly environment where you are encouraged to bring your whole self to work. There's no dress code, we're open minded about work patterns  - it's fine to work from home a day or two, but we highly value the interaction and camaraderie that comes from working alongside the rest of us here at our HQ.

At least 5 years' Business Analyst experience preferred and we'd really like you to have worked with Agile before. One of the roles is banking payments focused so we're keen to hear from people with solid experience in that space.

Will consider day rate contractors or fixed term contractor.

Read on for more info about the role. If you feel you have the right experience and mindset, please go ahead and apply  - we'll come back to anyone we'd like to take to the interview stage within 7 days.
