Job Details

Play a pivotal role in our dynamic Corporate Asset Finance team, and work across a diverse range of asset classes including renewables, technology, resources and transportation. You will look at the full investment spectrum from asset finance and loans to equity investments across the full corporate landscape encompassing small to medium enterprises and to large listed clients.

You will join our team as either a Senior Manager (VP) or Associate Director (SVP) to lead the structuring, analysis, execution and funding of asset finance transactions in the UK and across Europe.

You will be focused on leading multiple work streams for new transactions by providing origination support, analysis, pricing, structuring, deal management and funding in support of business leaders across a variety of sectors.  

You will have demonstrated experience in a corporate finance role in a regulated bank or financial services company or experience within either a management consulting, private equity or corporate advisory environment. You will be highly numerate with strong financial modelling and analytical skills along with having client-facing experience, originating and executing profitable business opportunities.
