Job Details

The Retention & Case Management Advisor will work as part of the Recruitment and Retention team and will work with the Pre-Employment Advisor and the Contractor Engagement Manager to job match Be Onsite beneficiaries to Be Onsite jobs and then will be wholly responsible for supporting them through to sustainment of job.

Accountabilities:

  • Support Be Onsite beneficiaries to access and secure job opportunities on Lendlease developments and to sustain their job by building a trusting confidential relationship, guiding and advising through their employment journey.
  • Work closely with the Contractor Engagement Manager to identify job opportunities with the Lendlease supply chain.
  • Work closely with Be Onsite Pre-Employment Advisor to identify work ready candidates that have successfully completed the selection process.
  • Engage with candidates post selection event and have ability to quickly assess on 'first impression'.
  • Identify and match candidates to job opportunities with an eye for detail.
  • Liaise closely with contractor site supervisors and be alert to emerging issues and reacting in timely manner to resolve.
  • Manage conflict resolution and refer to Recruitment & Retention Manager for HR and disciplinary issues.
  • Assess candidates with in a proactive holistic approach using in-depth interview technique.
  • Challenge candidates with empathy and sensitivity (investigative assessment).
  • Network with contractor at site level & build good working relationships with supervisors to understand their needs to enable excellent job matching and sustained opportunities.
  • Liaise with Be Onsite Contractor Engagement Manager and site supervisors to provide regular face to face employment reviews with Be Onsite employees.
  • Attend and contribute to monthly meetings with Recruitment & Retention team, and provide weekly reports/updates to Recruitment & Retention Manager.
  • Keep all paperwork up to date and follow stringent GDPR requirements under the guidance of the Data Compliance, Tracking & Payroll Manager.
  • Ensure clear boundaries when supporting Be Onsite candidates and employees.
  • Support team members where appropriate by participating in Selection Events when required.


Knowledge, skills & experience required:

  • Proven experience and qualification to Level 3/4 in Information, Advice and Guidance
  • Understanding and sensitive to the diversity and backgrounds of the Be Onsite employees in order to empathise and provide appropriate support
  • Ability to actively listen
