Our Private Banking Advice teams in Jersey offer wealth planning advice to local customers and Trust Companies, looking after clients in the Private Banking £500k+ customer segments or offering regulated advice to the Premier customer segment £100k+, where appropriate customer needs have been identified.

We're currently seeking a Private Banking Manager to work within our Regulated Investments team. You'll be responsible for offering wealth planning advice, using a designated portfolio of ongoing client relationships, as well as introductions from across the Bank and forging your own new relationships. You'll identify and address clients financial and banking needs, ensuring you act in the their best interest at all times through a high standard of business ethics and compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.

It's essential that you have experience in a regulated advice role, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding the expectation of clients. You'll also need to be qualified to level 4 (Diploma) standard, and be able to progress to level 6. Of course, your role will involve taking personal responsibility for relationships with stakeholders, so you'll need to engage, build and manage relationships both internally and externally.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Developing long-term profitable relationships with identified key segment clients. Ensuring focus on the provision of core Private Banking services, including international investment advice, in accordance with the Group's strategy.
* Delivering first class standards of service through owning the client relationship and liaison with all appropriate parts of the Group.
* Providing advice and support on financial planning and banking need areas. Referring to other product specialists where required and ensuring that all business opportunities are maximised in line with client's best interests.
* Meeting with clients to provide holistic financial advice to review and meet their immediate and ongoing financial needs.
* Working closely with introducers (internal and external) in order to maintain good working relationships and ensure excellency in new introductions.
* Engaging in new customer initiatives and business development opportunities
* The opportunity to deputise for the Senior Manager and other members of the Regulated Investments Leadership team.

To apply for this role you'll be required to hold a licence to work/5 years current residency in Jersey.

There may also be a requirement for international travel.
