About the Role:

Come and join our Governance and Compliance Team at an exciting new time!

As the Governance and Compliance Administrator, you will provide high quality administrative support to our Strategic Leadership Team, and Business Partners. This will include meeting support, coordinating diaries, maintaining statutory registers and co-ordinating audits, to name just a few tasks.

You will prepare statistics for reports on governance matters in time for meetings and have the ability to think commercially with good business acumen and a strong customer focus.

You will also play an integral role in supporting Alliance’s compliance with GDPR requirements and provide advice on data protection matters and governance.

About You:

You will have experience in a company secretarial administrative position and have knowledge of risk and audit processes.

As the one of the faces of our Governance and Compliance Team, you will need to have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of IT literacy.

We are looking for someone who can spot where we can make improvements to our processes and systems, so you’ll be innovative with the ability to exercise sound and evidence-based judgment.
