Private Banking, which is part of Insurance & Wealth aims to help customers to achieve their financial goals by constructing robust financial plans tailored to each customers individual circumstances. As a Private Banking & Advice Manager within Lloyds Private Banking Direct you'll support a portfolio of high-net-worth customers, providing remote financial advice and relationship management.

Our flexible approach utilises digital technology and remote advice services to ensure our customers remain at the heart of everything we do. As one of our Private Banking and Advice Managers you'll do much more than advise; You'll build and lead the whole customer relationship providing a complete private banking service.

Lead an existing portfolio of high-net-worth customers.

Starting with a ready-made portfolio, you'll build on existing relationships with some of our more affluent customers. You'll manage customer relationships remotely in order to identify and address their needs, recommending appropriate products and services and/or third party referrals to ensure that we exceed our customers' expectations.

Be responsible for the whole relationship as a trusted advisor.
Providing a complete private banking service, you'll be rewarded for building long-term relationships with a wide range of customers. Your success lies in understanding our customers financial priorities and long-term goals, helping them understand their choices and providing advice that is right for them.

Conducting regular financial reviews you'll discuss and advise on services and options. You'll proactively maintain your knowledge of our full range of products/services and meaningfully adopt a professional approach at all times.
