Joining as a Software Engineer, you will be working closely with the trading floor, and you will join a front office engineering team with a remit to help advance the platform and build new products and tools.

Working in a team who design, develop and deliver solutions for the trading business, your responsibilities will include implementing software engineering best practices and developing high quality code. You will play a leading role in building index calculation products for the cross-asset risk business, as part of a front office engineering team working closely with quant analytics to deliver highly complex technical solutions in Python.

You will have the opportunity to work directly with senior technology and finance professionals, and in addition you can expect to further develop your software engineering skills and gain financial markets expertise! You will also develop an understanding of how technology is used to manage risk in a global financial institution.

You will need strong academic record ( a degree in mathematics or computing, master’s preferable), Python coding skills and a desire to learn our business.
