We are looking for candidates with a flair for connecting with people and building relationships.

We are a growing company and seek a Sales Representative to increase our customer base through calling out to a database of potential clients, turning these leads from cold to warm through regular contact, setting appointments and carrying out initial face to face meetings. There will be a research element to the role to try and find new sources of business in the vast property market place and also reaching out to dormant customers to generate sales.

Sales Representative Responsibilities

Undertake full training to understand the industry

Generating leads from a database

Identifying key decision makers

Visiting potential clients in various key London Boroughs

Appointment setting, conducting sales meetings

Securing new business

Researching new customer streams

Reaching out to dormant customers to generate repeat business

Submit weekly time logs and sales reports

Full feedback on leads to line manager

Required Skills

2 years + B2B Sales experience

Willingness to travel to secure new business

Ability to work autonomously

Impeccable communication and rapport building skills

Intermediate to advanced computing skills in Excel, Word, Outlook and ability to use a CRM system (training will be given on this)

Desired Skills

Experience of the property sector would be a distinct advantage
