Job Details

Due to rapid expansion and success, the Group has created this new stand-alone position to manage marketing activities across the group. You will need to be results orientated, an effective communicator, commercially astute, and want to be part of a successful team in a professional company.

As the Marketing Manager your role would be varied and challenging encompassing a broad range of activities both online and offline:

Key accountabilities

  • Develops a strategic marketing plan which supports current and future business objectives.
  • Oversees market research and analysis of market trends.
  • Identifies target markets and how to reach them.
  • Designs a holistic social media strategy.
  • Oversees the company’s website and ensure information is current and optimised.
  • Oversees the production and distribution of internal communications
  • Oversees the preparation of external marketing materials including brochures, leaflets, posters, press releases
  • Monitors and reports on the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns
  • Maintains and monitors marketing budgets
  • Transmits the Entel brand into all internal and external marketing communications
  • Builds effective relationships with the other departments to ensure the above is executed consistently across the business for example, sales, recruitment, sales support

Experience, skills and attributes

We are looking for an accomplished marketeer - if successful, you will have experience managing online and offline activities and be able to hit the ground running.

  • Prior experience working as a Marketing Manager/Group Marketing Manager/Head of Marketing
  • Prior experience working on online and offline marketing activities
  • Strong emphasis on written communication and verbal reasoning skills, with excellent English skills, both written & oral.
  • A creative approach.
  • Computer and systems literate.
  • Driven and self motivated.
  • Good organiser with an eye for detail.
  • Good planning, documentation, presentation and organisational skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • A marketing or business related degree e.g. CIM
