You'll use your excellent communication skills to develop effective relationships with our designated project teams, ensuring requirements are well thought through and will deliver the outcomes our customers expect. Your ability to influence a wide and diverse range of stakeholders will reflect the quality of project outputs which will show work being carried out on time and to specification. In summary, you're vital to team success as you'll provide the crucial link between the internal customer, our development teams and any third party

Your key accountabilities will also include;
* Providing insight and expertise to support the implementation of relevant policies, procedures, products and services ensuring enhancements are delivered to support operational efficiency to reflect the changing needs of the business and risk issues
* Building and maintaining strong working relationships, engaging cross functional stakeholders to optimise results and provide value-add contribution to relevant meetings
* Providing SME support to ensure the delivery of major programmes, embedding the full end to end processing within Data Loss Prevention and Insider Risk
* Creating an optimum environment across the team for colleagues to perform well and ensure colleague engagement is recognised as high performing.
* Developing and managing the overall strategy for the improvement of colleague capability, engagement and communications.
