The Programme

Our 12-week paid Return to Work programme is based principally at the Firm's London offices and will run from February 25 to May 17, 2019. During the programme participants will work and network with colleagues and senior leaders from across the Firm and receive training and support to refresh their skills. At the end of the programme participants will be ready to take the next step in their career with Morgan Stanley. Placement on the programme is based on each applicant’s experience and interests. Opportunities exist across the Firm, including Corporate Services, Global Capital Markets, Finance, Human Resources, Internal Audit, Legal and Compliance, Operations, Research, Risk Management, Sales and Trading and Technology.
