Part Time Customer Service Advisor – (12pm – 5pm)

Location: Knowle

Salary: £11,775 rising to £12,111 per annum based on 25 hours

Mon - Fri 12:00pm – 17:00pm and Sat 09.30 - 12.30 (Saturdays will be paid at an hourly rate of £9.05)

What we’re looking for:

• At the core, you’re a strong people’s person with a flair for customer service
• A confident communicator with the intuition and skills to understand the needs of our customers
• You have an impeccable eye for detail and thrive on getting things right first time
• Basic computer skills, as you will be navigating different systems and processing information when talking to our customers

What you’ll do:

• Get the basics right – make it easy and straightforward for our customers to deal with us by effectively performing all levels of cashiering duties and keeping up to date with West Brom policies and procedures.
• Be there for our customers – make them feel welcome and build their trust by doing the right thing. Treat our customers as individuals, get to know them and tailor your approach to cater for their specific needs.
• Become an expert – our robust training programme combined with your raw potential will launch you into expert status. An ambassador for the West Brom, someone our customers and fellow colleagues can rely on.
