Here's where you'll make a difference:
To support the Group's Transformation programmes we've built an in-house Qualitative research capability. This includes high-spec Research facilities in multiple locations across the country designed to support and inform all teams and brands across the business to ensure we're designing and developing the best experiences for our customers. Our services are in high demand across the business, working on numerous programmes and projects to conduct vital end-to-end design research and customer testing across our mobile, tablet and desktop inventory. Our programme of work includes running research in our purpose built Research facilities in London, Halifax and Edinburgh on desktop and mobile environments as well as enabling our research team to conduct in-branch and ethnographic research supporting our understanding of the wider touch points of the end-to-end Customer journey
.
In this unique role, you'll manage the recruitment team and end-to-end recruitment for different forms of research across our digital platforms and journeys. You'll work with an established team, numerous projects, stakeholders and suppliers to ensure the right customers are recruited and that the process runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll be also be responsible for handling the Governance framework of Research to ensure that all colleagues understand how to operate when interacting with customers.

Your key accountabilities will include:
* Run the end-to-end recruitment process for our qualitative research team and related colleagues
* Working with the Research Engagement Manager to understand needs, upcoming research and build a roadmap of activities and process to implement
* Co-ordinate recruitment projects with each Project lead to ensure that their studies are set up correctly and all needs are met
* Handle the recruitment process and work with the Research Operations team to ensure that recruitment is always handled appropriately and consistently
* Support Researchers, stakeholders and external research supplier on a day-to-day basis in the facilities
* Creating/maintain a playbook and guidelines surrounding how to best run and recruit for research projects
* Operationally minded and keen to improve the status quo for the benefit of all
* Provide training and on boarding regarding Recruitment for necessary colleagues
* Communicate the need for governance and appropriate customer data handling on all research activities
* Help to promote research capabilities across the business

You'll ideally have....
* Experience of managing research recruitment projects for research studies and supporting teams conducting research
* An operational mind-set and experience implementing processes
* Knowledge of user research techniques and how best to support research teams both technically and operationally
* Knowledge of governance and operations processes including GDPR and how it informs ways of working
* Experience with managing partners in the business who come from digital and non-digital backgrounds
* Excellent Customer Service skills
* Good project management, planning and organisational skills to ensure deadlines are met and managed
* Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team
* A degree in HCI or related experience would be helpful
