The team at Lambeth Palace works collaboratively with colleagues throughout the National Church Institutions (NCIs) and beyond and supports each other at busy periods, with flexibility and good humour.

Fixed term contract expected to last for 9 months.  Start date as soon as possible.

This is an excellent opportunity for a competent and resourceful professional with diary management experience at a high level and exceptional organisational skills, to join our team at Lambeth Palace.

Located within the busy, Private Office and working closely with the Archbishop and Mrs Welby on a daily basis, you will communicate with colleagues both in Lambeth Palace and externally, regularly scheduling meetings to fit with daily pressures and demands.

In liaison with the Archbishop’s Requests Officer, you will manage requests for time in the Archbishop’s diary, consulting as necessary, making informed decisions and dealing effectively, with those making the requests.

Working proactively and flexibly, you will bring your skills and experience to the team, ensuring that priorities are managed in a calm and efficient manner.
