Customer Service Advisor

A growing and very successful igaming company based in Central London is looking to expand its Customer team. This a great time to be joining this successful brand which operates in the UK and beyond and be part of its continued success by delivering a top-level customer service to its customer base.

They are looking for two additional people to join as soon as possible.

You will be part of a team where you are at the forefront of operations and for delivering the customer service levels that have made them a Betting and Gaming industry leader

Duties will include :

• Resolving queries and requests by email
• Ensuring compliance with all KYC and Gambling Commission procedures
• Providing Administrative support, when required to marketing and sales teams
• Ability to understand and resolve IT and technical issues for clients quickly without the need to escalate to the IT Department
• Liaising with relevant internal departments to ensure queries are resolved quickly
• Supporting the Settlement and quality control of market settlements

If you have a passion for sport and betting and great spoken and written English together with good numeracy and have worked in a second line support role in a similar or B2B /B2C environment this could be for you.

Lastly, you will need flexibility as you will be working to a rota where you work five out of seven days between 8.30 – 21.00. There are morning and afternoon shifts that will alternate.
