Our growing business seeks to employ a bright and enthusiastic Internal Sales Associate as part of the Flow Operations team in our new EMEA Operations Hub, based in Reading.

Key responsibilities:

• Following up end user customer introductions, proactively make telephone calls to discuss financing requirements, negotiate pricing and close the sale
• In conjunction with external sales, manage pipeline, KPI’s and targets on a monthly basis
• Manage Risk declines and act as the first point of contact for appealing decisions
• Prepare programme summaries and annual credit and documentation reviews
• Provision of telephone-based sales support for all introducers
• Production of quotations, credit applications, & documentation checks
• Account manage introducer relationships proactively by telephone, and to develop incremental business opportunities
• Create and distribute management information on a monthly basis to our introducers

You will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, where tasks and priorities change regularly. As an adaptable, self-motivated team player you will naturally invest high levels of energy at work to achieve individual and team goals. With previous experience of working in a corporate environment, you will be proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Your strong written and verbal communication skills will be underpinned by your high attention to detail.

Advantageously if you already have a sound understanding of asset finance products (MTR/FTR, Operating Leases, Hire Purchase, Finance Lease or similar), banking and payout procedures is desirable, this is a unique opportunity to gain insight into Macquarie Leasing.
