Job Details

IT Cyber Security provides Lloyds Banking Group with a secure operating environment, safe from malicious attack or abuse of privilege by applying controls on behalf of Data Owners and promoting the secure use of IT across the Group. Key to this goal is creating a transparent, flexible model for securing Identity that enables the Group to react to both opportunities and challenges at pace.

Unprecedented growth and development of new capability is seeing the expansion of the Identity and Access Management area to provide a secure platform focused on service excellence, and relentless automation, around the provision and management of Identity.

The role of Senior Manager, Cloud Identity Management and Service Assurance will have two discrete focus areas, owning the delivery of identity management services to services operating in cloud environments, and driving service excellence across the wider Identity Services teams and external partners.

Core responsibilities will include:

Managing a team of subject matter experts to create and provide identity management services for cloud environments.

Managing the services provided by external partners to ensure service excellence, SLAs are met and commercial value is achieved.

Building a service reporting model that drives ever improving standards and predictability with real time views on service quality.

Engaging senior stakeholders across both the Technology and Business landscape to ensure services being delivered continually meet the changing needs of customers and emerging ways of working.

In return we will need you to have significant experience in delivering operational services on Windows or UNIX platforms and delivering Cloud based services.

You'll also need experience of implementing Identity and Access Management best practice in line with industry security standards and experience in implementing Cyber controls in distributed platforms

The changing regulatory environment and focus makes this an exciting time to join one of the fastest growing areas in the financial services industry and contribute to the Group vision to be the best bank for customers.

As this role is a high risk enhanced role, if you are successful in being offered this position, you may be required to go through additional vetting checks.
