We’re looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our Retirement Living Service at Willowbrook in Coventry.

Our Team Leaders have highly rewarding roles within our Older Persons Services in which they provide a range of person centred care and support to customers - promoting choice, independence and empowering them to live a fulfilled and active life.

As well as providing care, you’ll work as part of the care management team providing support to the Registered Manager to ensure the smooth day to day running of the service, including staff supervision and promoting the scheme service within the local community.

We are looking for an enthusiastic team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You should have a passion for delivering a very high quality of care and a solid understanding of the CQC domiciliary care standards.
