Litigation Solicitor 3- 5 Yrs PQE +

A growing and innovative Regional Law Practice in Berkshire is looking for an experienced Litigation Solicitor of around 5 years PQE who has an established following they can bring or is a proven and enthusiastic business developer to join their Firm. 

This is a new role to them and as such you will be capable in undertaking most general litigation matters with a view to of course specialising and will be key to how this area of practice develops in the future. 

Main duties will include but are not limited to:

•  Undertaking Litigation Fee earning work to ensure agreed individual and team targets are met
•  Actively  business develop and market the Firm generally and Litigation specifically to grow the business 
• To act as an ambassador of the firm by carrying out fee earning work efficiently whilst maintaining  the highest standards of client care and compliance 

You will be technically competent and have the appropriate PQE knowledge for the duties above and a hands-on approach with the ability to work well under pressure and be a real team player.
