An opportunity has arisen for a driven and enthusiastic Reward Analyst to join our HR Reward function in London for 6 months. The opportunity will give you the chance to work with the EMEA Reward function to deliver and maintain reward policies and management across the region (16 countries, c.2000 employees). The team currently consists of the Head of Reward, two Reward Senior Managers, a Benefits Manager and a Reward Analyst.

You will report to the Reward Senior Manager, to support the delivery of projects within the Reward team including the regional input into the annual remuneration review, regulatory disclosures and reporting requirements.  Within your remit you will also produce regular and ad hoc reports and analysis, including assisting with hiring offer structuring, analysis for management purposes and approval papers as required.  Where necessary, you will also assist the team with the reward aspects of corporate acquisitions, integrations and divestitures.

You will have previous experience working in a similar HR analyst role as well as advanced excel skills.  These will be coupled with strong analytical skills and you will be highly numerate with good attention to detail. You will be a resourceful self-starter who is able to gather data from and leverage a variety of sources. You will have an ability to work as part of a team and independently, whilst managing competing priorities with a high degree of organisation and self-direction.   In addition, you will also have the confidence to think differently and be open to learning in a fast paced and changing environment.
