This is an exciting and rewarding role. Earning potential from £9,360 to £19,198 per annum. 20 to 40 hours per week on an annualised contract basis.
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who put customers first, provide efficient, professional service, are proactive and can use their initiative to exceed customers’ expectations.
You will need to have excellent oral and written communication skills, be a fast learner with the ability to get up to speed with products and systems quickly, have an excellent grasp of internet technology, be responsible, adaptable, and confident, as well as have the ability and a strong motivation to work from home.
As you will be working from home, IT literacy, high flexibility in your schedule, good organisation, independence and self-reliance are essential.

Main Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include taking a variety of interesting and challenging calls, some of which include making various changes to customer’s accounts, including updating meter readings, answering complex queries and saving them money by offering relevant products and services, whilst working to achieve a first call resolution.
You’ll be adaptable to change as this is key to your success as well as the growth of the business. You’ll think on your feet, listen to our customers, display empathy and ensure you meet the customer’s expectations.
What does a typical working week look like?
As a HomeAgent you will play an absolutely vital part in helping us provide excellence and peace of mind to our client’s customers, whilst being part of a strong HomeAgents team and working to individual and team targets.
Annualised Hours means that if you are employed to work a set number of hours per week (your Contractual Hours, to be agreed with you during recruitment and which can vary from 20 to 40 hours per week), during “off peak weeks” you will be required to work less hours per week, and then during “peak weeks”, you will be required to work more hours per week.
Starting Salary:
£9.00 per hour [note for Sensée recruiter: this is to be compliant with the Real Living Wage and needs to be updated to £10.55 when advertising in London, and to be increased as and when there is an increase to the Real Living Wage]
Basic earning potential is between £9,360 and £18,720 per annum depending on how many hours you choose to work each week

Operational Hours
Monday to Friday 08:00 to 20:00
Saturday 09:00 to 18:00
Mandatory Hours
Mondays (8 hours)
10 hours on Saturdays per 4 week period (e.g.: 2.5 hours every Saturday or 5 hours every other Saturday etc.)
What you need to provide
You will need to provide a quiet and secluded home office equipped with a telephone line and a wired broadband connection (both to be dedicated to you while you work), a PC (desktop) with two monitors and a telephone handset with headset, all meeting our required specifications. You will also need to attend a mandatory paid full-time training course of 4 weeks, to be delivered virtually over set shifts (usually 09:00-17:30).
