We are looking for Customer Service Operators to join our vibrant and friendly team in Liverpool. As a Customer Service Operator you will join a large and friendly group whilst also enjoying the intimacy that comes with working as part of a smaller, specialist team across one of our many contracts. 

Role Details

Normal Working Hours: 08:00am to 22:00pm, Monday to Saturday (working to a shift rota)

Location: Unit 4 | The Matchworks | Speke Road | Garston | Liverpool | L19 2PH

Weekly Hours: 37.5

What will the role involve? 

  • Within client service level agreement, deal with enquiries from multi-communication channels such as email, telephone and HR systems
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, customers with queries on the contract
  • Answering high volumes of calls within agreed targets for each contract
  • Log calls and emails on the Amey software
  • General administration tasks
  • Escalating customer queries/issues/complaints as appropriate
  • Follow Amey's Zero Code by ensuring yourself, others and the working environment are safe

What are we looking for? 

The ideal candidate would: 

  • Have a good level of PC literacy alongside the ability to pick up and use a variety of systems
  • Awareness and experience of GDPR legislation and good practice
  • Demonstrate great customer service skills
  • Have excellent telephone and face to face communication skills
  • Manage and resolve customer queries and issues
  • Be self-motivated and have a positive attitude
  • Be willing to learn and develop new skills
