Sense has a great opportunity for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Specialist Support Worker at our Sense Centre in Pinchbeck. We have two permanent, part time positions available working 21 and 25 hours per week respectively.

As a Support Worker you will work alongside individuals encouraging and supporting them to participate in a variety of positive activities within the day centre and the local community.  This may include assisting with people’s personal care and mealtimes, ensuring that their dietary requirements are met.

We are looking for caring people who have the empathy and patience to positively focus on the people we support.

About you 

Experience is not necessarily required for this role as we are able to support you and provide you with an excellent induction. However, it is really important that you are able to demonstrate the right values and behaviours to enable you to make a difference to people’s lives.

Sense Centre Pinchbeck has set closure periods throughout the year, during which you will be expected to take the majority of your annual leave. Details of these dates will be supplied if you are successful to enable you to plan accordingly.
