Duties & Responsibilities
We provide great opportunities for Partners (employees), their families and friends to enjoy time away from work visiting our own hotels. Lodges and golf courses - situated in some of the most beautiful parts of the country. Run by Partners for Partners.
Our Housekeeping Supervisor will support the manager, by working within and supervising a busy team to deliver a first rate guest experience through the focus on the cleanliness and maintenance of standards throughout the hotel.
Job Requirements
You'll be self-motivated with a drive to deliver a great guest experience, leading by example to ensure your team echoes this philosophy. You'll be a strong communicator with a flexible and positive approach to tasks. You'll use your skills and knowledge to support and train others.
Within the hospitality sector, personal safety and cleanliness for all staff working within the environment is key.
Required essential experience skills and qualifications
- Self-motivated/ Industrious
- Able to use standard software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Proven experience of the hospitality industry or previous housekeeping supervisory experience
