We are looking for an Assistant Administrator. The role is part-time, 0.6 – 0.8 FTE (21 – 28 hours per week). The role
The main objective of the role is to support the Executive Assistant to deliver a range of tasks to our Advisory & Impact Team.
Required skills and experience
- Previous administration experience desirable. ·
- A spirit of co-operation and a positive ‘can do’ attitude. ·
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and grammar, are essential including the ability to relate to people at all levels.
- Ability to effectively prioritise, excellent organisation and administrative ability.
- Ability to use initiative and to work well under pressure / to deadlines
- An understanding in all Microsoft office packages
- Good Team player
- Professional telephone manner and the ability to take messages effectively and efficiently
- Ability to multi-task
- Personable, but professional
