Part time HR Manager, West London
 
Our client is a small business in the food/drink sector based in West London. They are looking to bring HR in-house so are looking for a good CIPD qualified generalist to join them on a 2 day a week basis. this person will work alongside Directors and Heads of Department to ensure that HR provides a proactive rather than reactive support service to the business.
 
This person will be a self-starter and have generalist HR experience in an SME, excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.  
 
Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee effective employee benefits administration processes including pension scheme administration and auto enrollment compliance
  • Focal point for employees requiring guidance or support with any concerns or issues 
  • Administer the HR Processes (writing offer letters, contracts etc) and HR system (Breathe HR)
  • Co-ordinate all employee relations matters, supporting the Line Managers in increasing the performance of their people
  • Identify recruitment needs and lead the process of recruitment and selection, developing relationships with key recruitment agencies
  • Offer advice to line managers in HR processes such as grievances and disciplinaries, and manage the process itself
  • Coordinate and conduct first day orientation, on-boarding sessions and training plans
  • Coordinate team building events
  • Produce, analyse and derive insights from Company data and People metrics (e.g. employee data, turnover rate & attrition and employee surveys)

Location: West London (Notting Hill area)
Salary: circa  £50K FTE
Flexibility: 2 days a week
