We are now looking to recruit a Site Administrator in Doncaster, to support all administrative and office management tasks on a fix-term contract until June 2020.

The key responsibilities are:

  • Compiling Site report as directed by the production and commercial teams
  • Fully 4P conversant with the requirement to organise and distribute all drawings
  • Understand and contribute to BIM 360
  • Understand and contribute to the administration of the Field view tablets
  • Collate all requirements for Environmental reports and Health & Safety reports to achieve the KPI's
  • Manage diary for meetings and holidays
  • Assist with the Commercial reconciliation reports
  • Assist in the Development of a traffic management strategy throughout the University Campus, this will develop into a live tracking system of all plant and material deliveries
  • Assist with the social value delivery of the project as set out in our Bid to win the project, school visits, site visits by customer

This is an exciting new construction project in the heart of Doncaster.



Essential and Desirable Criteria

Essential Criteria:

  • Extensive site administration background
  • Knowledge of 4 Projects
  • Competent with the full Microsoft package
  • Proven experience of working within and supporting a team

Desired Criteria:

  • Experience of managing an office environment
