Join our Data Team and work with our donor database, helping us to look after and develop our donor information.

Working closely with the Marketing and Fundraising teams, you will have the opportunity to gain hands on experience in a busy, third sector business environment. This is an exciting role within a dynamic team and a great grounding to develop your data management, knowledge and skills. You will:

  • Help to deliver and enhance existing fundraising campaigns through data segmentation
  • Project manage supporter insight projects
  • Investigate and research potential future fundraising initiatives
  • Conduct data audits and produce recommendations for future development
  • Update and create new features for fundraising teams
  • Interrogate statistical data to produce analysis reports
  • Database updates

Person Specification

Applicants must:

  • Be aged 18 years or over
  • Be available for three months to work a minimum of 2 days each week at Rainbow Trust Head Office
  • Have A level or equivalent qualifications
  • Have good IT and organisational skills
  • Have the ability to work accurately, with attention to detail
  • Enjoy working with data and statistics
  • Have energy and enthusiasm
  • Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
