Join our team as a Market Data Administrator and be part of our Business Services Division within the Sourcing and Vendor Management team. This team has global accountability for managing market data infrastructure, contracts and administration for market data category. This is a maternity leave cover on a 6 month contract with a possible extension.  

You will have a critical role ensuring the effective provisioning of market data products and services, managing costs, managing the inventory of these services, the reconciliation & payment of associated vendor invoicing and ensuring that Macquarie adheres to the data compliance obligations.

Your responsibilities will include user administration of market data systems, inventory management of users/services of market data products, reconciliations and processing of market data invoices into accounts payable system and third-party relationship management.

Your will have significant knowledge on market data inventory systems and reconciliation systems, and you will need a strong understanding of accounting concepts with excellent problem-solving skills.
