Job Details

We're looking for a Procurement Analyst to join our team in Northampton.  The successful candidate will support the Procurement and Finance functions in all aspects of transactional purchasing, contract and supplier records administration, and supplier due diligence activities.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Raising Purchase Orders
  • Overseeing invoice and supplier payments process
  • Administration of company Purchasing Cards
  • Resolving supplier and order related queries
  • Producing management information
  • Administration of contract and supplier management system
  • Assisting in basic supplier due diligence
  • Assisting Finance with quarterly accruals
  • Ad-hoc administrative tasks

You need to have...

  • Experience in using Oracle Purchasing or similar applications
  • Knowledge of transactional purchasing processes
  • Microsoft Office (including advanced Excel)
  • Sales Force / Contracts Management database / system or similar
  • General system administrative skills and experience
  • Experience of monitoring policy compliance
  • Strong communication and listening skills.

The role is based in Northampton and working hours are 9am to 5pm, however some flexibility may be required.  Applicants should be based within a reasonable commuting distance from Northampton.
