You will be working for our latest FCA client and will provide exceptional service to their new customers looking to buy a motor insurance policy, helping to shape their policy to meet their insurance needs, as well as dealing with queries from existing customers to ensure their expectations are met. You will need to have excellent communication skills, be a fast learner with the ability to get up to speed with products and systems quickly, have an excellent grasp of internet technology, be responsible, adaptable, accurate and confident, as well as have the ability and a strong motivation to work from home.
As you will be working from home, PC literacy, high flexibility in your schedule, good organisation, independence and self-reliance are essential. Salary Earning potential is between 7.83 and 10.05 per hour, (including bonus) depending on performance.

Working Hours Operational hours for these roles are Monday to Friday 4pm to 9pm, Saturday 8am to 5.30pm and Sunday 8.30am to 5pm and you will self-roster your hours within these range of hours Flexibility is a must, as you may be working multiple intra-day shifts.
You will be employed on an Annualised Hours Contract Basis, meaning that you will be employed to work a set number of hours per week (your Contractual Hours, to be agreed with you during recruitment and which can vary from 20 to 25 hours per week base for these roles), during off peak weeks you will be required to work less hours per week, and then during peak weeks , you will be required to work more hours per week.
Extra Important Requirements You will need to provide a quiet and secluded home office equipped with a dedicated telephone line, a dedicated wired broadband connection, a dedicated to work PC (desktop) with preferably 2 monitors and a telephone handset with headset, all meeting our required specifications. You will also need to attend a mandatory paid full time 5 weeks training course to be delivered virtually over set shifts.
