We are working on building out an Algorithmic Trading platform which will allow us to offer our clients enhanced execution services. Our team is expanding and require additional quant algo developers to meet increasing demand.

You will have the opportunity to Interface directly with business and product teams on projects to document and capture ideas, transform these ideas into a specification for the algorithmic strategies, and see them through implementation. We encourage collaboration across all functions and use an Agile approach to the development process.

You will bring a strong understanding of the European equities markets and microstructures, strong quantitative and software development skills, as well as prior experience with developing Algorithmic Trading strategies.

We are using C# but will consider candidates with experience with any object orientated language ( as long as you are happy to work with C# ). Any experience of KDB / Big data / Machine learning would also be useful.
