Our client is a boutique Recruitment company, their office is based in a beautiful converted barn in Hertfordshre.

The firm was established in 2014 with a focus on recruiting permanent roles in the engineering sector – mainly management positions plus experienced engineers.

They are looking for an experienced 360 agency recruiter from a similar background with a proven track record of billings.

Candidates will have recruited in the engineering sector at salary levels of £40k upwards.
 
Salary: £30K FTE basic plus uncapped commission at 15% of billings.   

Flexibility: Full or part-time flexible working
Home-working available, as long as you can work in the office 1 or 2 days each week.

Location: Hertfordshire – remote location near Hemel Hempstead, so candidates will need to be able to drive to office as well as to visit clients
