We are looking for a new business development manager wthin the Manchester marketplace, generating interest and revenue across the Group's media partnerships portfolio.
The Role
Generate interest and revenue across the Group's media partnerships portfolio
Work directly with agencies and clients in Manchester and across the North, using existing relationships to sell media solutions
Be able to extract value from the Group's event calendar to create effective audience solutions needed to engage clients and agencies
Work with the Head of Media Sales to create bespoke media quotations
Work with the Head of Sponsorship to create innovate proposals
Work alongside the wider Group media partnerships team to ensure effective co-ordination of sales that maximise media asset utilisation.
Identify incremental revenue opportunities that can be sold to the market
Be able to use market trends and client tracking resources to maximum benefit
Manage effective and productive commercial relationships between all clients and the Group
Work closely with the Media Sales Planner to consistently deliver excellent campaigns
Be organised and target-led to achieve annual sales numbers
The Candidate
Proven track record in the Manchester media arena with strong agency relationships
Demonstrable selling, negotiating and presentation skills in a commercial environment
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Can do attitude with excellent account management skills
Dynamic and forward thinking, with the ability to maximise opportunities and revenue
Motivated by the opportunity to develop additional revenue streams and creative in problem solving
Proven track record of delivering results consistently
