About you

We’re known for our excellent training and development, so for some vacancies, previous personal care experience is not needed. However, you do need to have empathy and be enthusiastic, patient, compassionate and caring so that you can positively interact with the people we support.

Support Worker posts require excellent communication, and team working skills, literacy and an awareness of disability needs. It is desirable that you are able to swim and support people in the water and hold a valid UK drivers licence to support users on day trips and community activities.

Flexibility is needed as working times do vary and may include evenings, weekends and sleep-ins.
