I am recruiting for passionate and committed support workers to work with young adults with learning disabilities in Gloucester and Cheltenham on a permanent basis.

Support Workers are offered this great list of benefits

* Salary of £16, 849.56 rising to £17, 373 in April
* Full time and part time contracts offered
* Term time only working which means all school holidays off work!
* Day and night shifts only – no sleep ins
* Shifts start earliest at 7am and latest 11pm, shifts last no longer than 9 hours. No long days.
* 3-week induction, full training and qualification assistance

All we are looking for is

* Prior care experience with young adults beneficial but not essential
* Genuine passion and commitment to working with learning disabilities
* Good communication skills
* Driving License and Vehicle (Essential)
