A small but friendly organisation based in Reigate is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team!
This role will see you being responsible for being the first point of contact for customers, assisting with queries via telephone or email, providing support to the Sales Team with administration and account management tasks, logging and distributing sales leads, compiling enquiries analysis data and investigating reported customer issues.
Your customer focused and methodical approach to work, confident and professional telephone manner combined with high attention to detail and the ability to manage your workload effectively will enable you to excel in this role!
This role will ideally be across 3 days a week, however there is a degree of flexibility on how the hours are covered. The full time equivalent salary is £18,000 - £22,000.
