Staff Nurse Radcliffe, Bury £15.61 per hour plus benefits package Permanent Contract – Full Time In Touch Recruitment is working on behalf of a quality driven care provider to recruit a clinically confident Staff Nurse for their CQC GOOD RATED care home in the RADCLIFFE area of BURY, MANCHESTER.   The home boasts a good reputation and is recognised for delivering an excellent standard of care and support to older people with nursing, dementia and residential care needs.  The successful candidate will work as part of a friendly and committed staff team and will be responsible for assessing, planning and delivering person centred nursing care to residents.  Duties will include, however not limited to, writing, updating and evaluating individualised care plans, administering medication, wound care management and liaising with outside agencies.   The role requires an enthusiastic individual who can influence and encourage best working practices and be a positive role model for the staff team.  A Nursing Qualification RGN or RMN and a valid NMC PIN are essential.
