Brook Street are seeking a part time receptionist to work on behalf of the National Probation Service based in Bristol.
You will be signing in visitors, advise staff of appointment arrivals, printing, scanning, ensuring the reception area is kept tidy and presentable.
You must have an input on health and safety matters, reporting any faults to facilities management provider. You will be taking lead during fire drills/evacuation and follow any processes for incidents.
This post is Monday - Thursday, 12:00 - 19:00, paying £7.83 per hour
