The Operations team are at the heart of On the Beach and we are currently on the lookout for a Travel Operations/Customer Service Coordinator to join us at our newly transformed Operational Headquarters in Cheadle, South Manchester.

We are responsible for liaising with our clients and suppliers to ensure that every On the Beach holiday is the perfect experience. We manage any changes to bookings before departure and we support our clients whilst on holiday.

This is a varied, challenging and exciting role and offers a lot of scope for career and skill development. As well as full-time roles, we do also have a number of part-time roles available.

As a Travel Operations/Customer Service Coordinator, what will my role entail?

·Ensuring satisfaction by answering any queries professionally and in a positive manner.

·Advising clients of any changes to their holiday.

·Providing support to holidaymakers in resorts by liaising with suppliers to resolve any issues quickly.

·Improving the client experience by feeding back any issues to other parts of the business.

·Ensuring we always work in simple efficient ways.

What skills do I need to be a successful Travel Operations/Customer Service Coordinator?

·Close attention to detail.

·To be organised and self-motivated.

·Punctual and flexible.

·Have a friendly, positive outlook.

·Happy to switch responsibilities to meet team objectives.

·Strong mathematical skills and the ability to write in clear grammatical English.

·Strong IT and computer skills, especially excel.

·Good communication skills.

·Previous travel agent experience is advantageous.

What are we looking for?

·The ability to work evening and weekend shifts.

·Previous Travel industry experience is desirable but is not essential.

As Operations/Customer Service Coordinator, you will receive a salary of £16,000 per annum, rising to £19,000 after training.
