About the role.

Within RNN Group, Maths and English skills are in high demand and in this role you can influence and contribute towards the College's provision in this key area. You will have the opportunity not only to impart your knowledge and expertise to College students, but ultimately will make an impact on the wider community. As a member of the maths and English delivery team you will play an important role in developing and creating resources, as well as tracking and monitoring students, to promote positive outcomes and achieve the key priorities for the College.

Have you got what it takes?

You will hold a relevant qualification at degree level or above, along with a teaching qualification. You will have the ability to deliver a quality teaching, learning and assessment experiences across a range of levels in Further Education. It's essential that you have experience of teaching both GCSE and Functional Skills English subjects to students aged 16 - 18, preferably within the Further Education sector. You will need to be passionate and engaging with the ability to bring the subject matter to life and make it a positive experience with a wide variety of learners. You will need to be a team player, with excellent interpersonal skills, working closely with vocational staff and management, in line with raising the profile of English within the curriculum area.
