KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Assist with Event Process from creating the EDM invite, reporting on delegate registrations and sending pre-event information to delegates; through to event follow up and feedback. Including the administration of Online Systems, currently Communigator and Autodesk Global Event Management System (GEMS).
* Monitoring and reporting on marketing activities as appropriate. Including Seminar attendance and Webinar registrations.
* Managing the incoming Blogs, whitepapers and FAQs from Technical and updating the Community Website as appropriate.
* Monitoring incoming leads and ensuring they are updated into the Netsuite database. Allocation of leads, from a variety of sources, to the most appropriate sales team member and managing Campaigns within the system.
* Managing Social Media Sites, scheduling posts and ensuring the messaging aligns with the brand
* Assisting in the development and maintenance of the brand image of each of the group companies to ensure a consistent external look and feel. Including liaising with designers and printers for production of Business Cards, Collateral, Promotional material, etc.
* Carrying out marketing activities in line with the marketing plan to agreed budgets and timescales.
* Supporting the sales team and the service delivery team in meeting customer needs.
* Being an ambassador for the group during all customer interactions and living the group values at all times.
* Participating in Company projects as and when required.
* Carrying out any other ad-hoc duties within your capabilities that are relevant to the job and reasonably requested of you by your manager.
Assisting with the following activities when required:
* Management of the Corporate websites – page creation, updates and developments
* Producing customer and prospect communications ensuring these are targeted to reflect the business plan and that they assist in promoting the group in a consistent way.
* Ensuring all new product developments and enhancements to existing products are made available to all customer via websites, and supporting the sales team with the planning of webinars and seminars.
* Liaising with and managing suppliers including the design agency, printers and telemarketing agencies.
