This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced care professional to join a leading Surrey based Housing organisation. The role is to provide care and support to service users within a range of person centered housing and support facilities for adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and mental health needs in partnership with other health and social care professionals. You will be supporting adults to live independently within the community either in their own homes or in specially designed support living accommodations. We are looking for support workers who can demonstrate compassion and empathy in their approach to supporting learning disabled people, either through previous roles in social care or in other roles.
