I am working with my well respected client based in Witham to recruit a Part Time Maternity Cover Assistant Estate Manager.
Details:
* Part Time Maternity Cover role only (duration unknown)
* Hours: 08:30am-16:30pm, 4 days a week, to include Monday and Friday.
* Salary: Up to £25,000 pro rata
* 20 days holiday, pro rata
Essential:
* Flexibility required (Some evening and weekend work may be required very occasionally: additional days to cover absence and holidays may also be required. Any extra hours will be taken as TOIL)
* High level of professional and personal integrity.
* Ability to work under pressure to exacting financial and time constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
* Working in conjunction with the Estate Manager to deliver all projects allocated for the period successfully, safely, on time and within budget.
* Ensure records of day to day tasks and projects are up to date
* Provide regular and timely information about the projects and activities, including regular visits, emails and attendance at meetings
* Assist with the generation of additional income, trading activities sponsorship, services or grant funding
* Arranging members meetings and any other general activities
* Dealing with CCTV, ANPR, gritting, parking/traffic issues, post, telephone and email messages and monitoring social media feeds
* Assist in maintaining accurate and timely financial records of any expenditure.
* Assisting with trade fair set-ups and operational matters on the day.
* You will be required to liaise with other bodies including Councils and Police therefore being able to converse at all levels is essential. You will also be required to attend board meetings once a month and quarterly meetings with local businesses
Skills required:
* Proven experience working in a commercial, town centre or business park environment.
* Experience of successful project management and delivery in a commercial context.
* Experience of record keeping and reporting.
* Understanding and experience of health and safety requirements in relation to events, town centres or business parks.
* Excellent communication and networking skills.
* Good interpersonal and relationship building skills.
* Excellent writing and presentation skills.
* Excellent organisation skills.
* Competent use of Word, Outlook, Excel and Power Point
* Knowledge of Social Media i.e. Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn
A police background along with marketing skills will be a real advantage when being considered for this role
