As the Recruiter, you will help the HR and Recruitment business partner at this exceptionally busy time.  You will be co-ordinating interviews, managing job workflows, posting vacancies, liaising with agencies and most importantly headhunting talent from the industry.  You will leverage your experience of the market place to best attract top talent to Bausch + Lomb and help finalise the implementation of new technologies such as pre-recorded video interviews.

You will work with Georgina Mason (check her out on LinkedIn by clicking here we think she’s worth working for!).  This role can be very flexible, you will work from home most days but may need to come to our Kingston Upon Thames on occasion so being able to reach the office is essential.  We anticipate the role will likely require around 25 hours a week, so it would work perfectly around those who have responsibilities outside of work.

It is essential that you have solid recruiting experience (agency or in-house) and that you are able to hit the ground running.  Technical, pharmaceutical or Medical device recruitment is helpful but by no means necessary.

As well as working with Georgina you will also work with Maria Perez and numerous business unit heads.
